DOSING PUMP AND CHLORINATION
Our equipment for chlorine metering and pumping allows us a continuous metering and a control of the values of chlorine concentration, suitable acid and temperature. Proportional and automated metering of any substance in the water with the option of the control of the dispensers in a remote way.
Applications for potable water, domestic metering and deposits, hypochlorite and acid metering in public and private swimming pools, and industrial treatments of flocculants metering and chemical agents in general.
Photometric analyzer.
The automatic free chlorine analyzer is a microprocessed instrument able to meter in continuous the chlorine concentration in an installation, in the rank from 0 to 5 mg/L with a resolution of 0,01.
To it the equipment has the necessary reagents. The bottles of solution plug and indicator lodge inside the own instrument. The intervals between each determination are adjustable in the time based on the frequency with which they are desired to obtain the measurements. With a sampling interval of 10 minutes, for example, the reagents last three months approximately and we obtain a perfect metering of free chlorine in the time. In addition, the bottles of reagents are perfectly visible through the transparent door of the instrument in order to verify its level.
GSM Module
Thanks to this module of transmission is possible to connect the photometric analyzer to network GSM. It is not a simple message of error but a complete remote control. Through the network its connection to the mobile telephone or computer with suitable software is possible.
Metering by amperometric control.
The verification of free chlorine level present in water, it's made by an amperometric sounding for free chlorine. Based on the level detected by the sounding, through digital controller the system acts on the metering pump of sodium hypochlorite dosing the product until reaching the value of slogan.
In the installation of the chlorine equipment it is necessary to create a small circuit of recirculation that forces to the passage of a small volume of the water through the cell of measurement.
Metering of chlorine proportional to entrance volume.
Another alternative to the metering of hypochlorite to constant volume by means of a pump and an automatic system of control and metering, is based on the measurement of the volume of entrance in the pipe by means of an emitting accountant of impulses. This equipment will send a signal to the chlorine pump which will dose an amount of chlorine proportional to the volume of passage of the pipe.
