SALINE CHLORATION

Chlorine is obtained from water electrolysis with a saline moderated concentration. Hidritec has equipments which are able to satisfy an ample rank of necessities (domestic level and industrial one).

The equipment is applicable, among others, in Small private swimming pools, Great sport complexes and Aquatic parks.

We have industrial generators of high chlorine productions in order to obtain sodium hypochlorite in situ from brine, also preparation and chloration of sea water to refrigeration systems in thermal central, ships and industry in general.

Our technical equipment is based on electrolytic production of sodium hypochlorite. Hidritec sets up equipment of saline chloration which uses only water and salt common with an imperceptible concentration for the swimmer in the pool. On this way, the costs of maintenance are reduced, at the same time the manipulation manual of chemical agents is avoided, so the security of workers of maintenance at the installation is increased.

This system of saline chloration displays several advantages as much in conditions of use as maintenance of the swimming pool:

Saving 100 % in sodium hypochlorite and other chemical compounds derived from chlorine.
Saving 80% in works of maintenance. It is only necessary to clean electrodes to support a correct operation the equipment.
Greater security because the manipulation of chemical agents derived from chlorine is avoided.
Salt is a smooth and natural antiseptic. It does not fade the bath suits, neither spoiling the hair.
It does not produce irritation in the skin neither itching in eyes.
We eliminated the odour and traditional flavour of chlorine

Although our equipments of electrochloration produce from 2 grams of salt by liter, we suggest 5,500 ppm of salt so that it is only necessary to renew it once a year. In addition, these levels of salt are very similar to the natural salinity of the human eye which makes the bath much more comfortable. Like reference, it is possible to indicate that the water of sea has a concentration of 35,000 ppm, approximately 6.4 times that the indicated levels previously. Our equipment can be used directly in swimming pools with water of sea, since in this case we have an inexhaustible source of gratuitous salt, doing it, therefore still more economic system.

Hidritec has an ample range of models of equipments of saline chloration for each case. They come from 22 g/h of chlorine production for small swimming pools (less than 100 m3 ) to industrial equipment with a production of 3 kg/h. Under order we can provide greater equipment, even to 50 kg/h.
